1. How do I get free listing? |
|
As long as you have a business that operates in the Christian Arts Industry you are entitled to use our free listing service. To get free listing simply select "Directory" at the top of your screen and then the green arrow entitled "Add your business" displayed at the top right hand side. Here you will find a form to fill in. |

| 2. What are the deadlines? |
|
There are no deadlines. |

| 3. How many free listings can I get? |
|
As long as your listing requests are legitimate you can make as many entries as you like. |

| 4. What is the cost for additional listings? |
|
There are no costs for additional listings. |

| 5. What details does a free listing contain? |
|
Free listings displayed in the C.A.I Directory may contain the following information… |
|
Business/Ministry Name,
Music Genre (if applicable),
Vocal Range (if applicable),
Coverage Area (if applicable),
Instruments (if applicable),
Denomination (if applicable),
Representative’s Name (if applicable),
Address,
Tel,
Fax,
Cell,
Email and
URL. |

| 6. How do I place an advertisement in the C.A.I Directory? |

To advertise in the C.A.I Directory simply select "Advertising" displayed at the top. Here you will find more information. |

| 7. When do I have to pay for my advertisement? |
|
When you submit your request online you will receive an invoice. This should be paid immediately. |
|
| 8. Is the C.A.I Directory available in print? |
|
Currently the C.A.I Directory is only available online. However, we do have plans to make it an electronic downloadable publication. |

| 9. How do I cancel a free listing request or advertisement booking? |
|
To make cancellations please email advertising@coconutmedia.org with the word CANCELLATION in your subject box. In your email state your name, company name, business category, country and music genre (if applicable). Payments made through Paypal are nun-refundable. |

| 10. Are there any companies or people banned from being listed? |
|
We reserve the right to reject requests for listings and advertisements at our own discretion. Our services are also not extended to businesses involved in fraudulent practices. |
